The Weather Annihilator was a device created by Dr. Ivo Robotnik in 3235. The device allowed Robotnik to control weather conditions in specific areas. It was eventually destroyed by the combined forces of the Knothole Freedom Fighters and Arctic Freedom Fighters. (StH: #26)
