Voni-Ca holding her son Spectre
Voni-Ca was the wife of Tobor and the mother of Spectre, and was very proud of her husband when he inherited the role of Guardian from his father Hawking. She and their infant son Spectre waved goodbye to Tobor when he left to carry out his duties as Guardian, unaware that it would be the last time she would see him. Voni-Ca, like the rest of the Guardian family, was apparently fooled when her husband was replaced by the Dark Legion operative Moritori Rex. No evidence exists that Voni-Ca ever discovered the ruse, a mystery that would haunt Tobor until the end of his life. Years later while going through the family photo album, Lara-Le was unable to find a single photo of either Tobor or Voni-Ca, to which Tobor replied the "enemy would have been thorough."
