I'm afraid you're wrong, Thot Prad. The last names of the antis were included on the opening page of StH: #196. See?Fairfieldfencer FFF 08:48, January 25, 2010 (UTC)

Reasonable enough.Fairfieldfencer FFF 22:17, January 26, 2010 (UTC)

Well, Thot Prad, I would have told you the same thing, but FFF here beat me to the punch. SEGA Fan BOSS 22:23, January 25, 2010 (UTC)

What do you think of Topaz? Need any work before being Article of the Week worthy?Fairfieldfencer FFF 15:46, January 31, 2010 (UTC)

Dimitri, do you think I should make a new template for the clans? Or should I simply add options to the Groups template like Bride= Bride of the Conquering Storm. Species = Lynx.Fairfieldfencer FFF 12:24, February 14, 2010 (UTC)
I think you could just use the groups/organization template, just put the Brides under members and the type as "Lynx Ninja Clan" or something to this effect. - Dimitri the Echidna 12:26, February 14, 2010 (UTC)
Hang on. Do you mean list a Bride as a member, or place the Bride section under the members section?Fairfieldfencer FFF 12:38, February 14, 2010 (UTC)
List the Bride in the member section like a normal member would be, but place her under a Brides title. Do you know what I mean? - Dimitri the Echidna 12:39, February 14, 2010 (UTC)
I think so. Like in Guardian Units of the Nation?Fairfieldfencer FFF 12:43, February 14, 2010 (UTC)
Precisely. - Dimitri the Echidna 12:44, February 14, 2010 (UTC)
Hi, Dimitri. I'm having a little crisis at home. I've finally got my own computer, but my e-mail went south when my father used the wrong details. I changed my e-mail on BumbleKing and as a result, my account's been de-activated. I need you to PM one of the mods for me to see if they can re-activate it, because I should have goot an e-mail doing that for me, but haven't.Fairfieldfencer FFF 08:36, February 18, 2010 (UTC)
No problem, I'll PM a mod now. - Dimitri the Echidna 08:49, February 18, 2010 (UTC)
Thank you.Fairfieldfencer FFF 09:21, February 18, 2010 (UTC)
Have you heard back yet?Fairfieldfencer FFF 09:02, February 19, 2010 (UTC)
Sorry to butt in here, but I saw this among the recent changes... the account should be active now. CrazyLea 00:16, February 20, 2010 (UTC)
Thank you!Fairfieldfencer FFF 09:58, February 20, 2010 (UTC)

←I've got another image with her and Bunnie in. File:Bunnie Bashes Bat.jpg.Fairfieldfencer FFF 08:06, February 26, 2010 (UTC)

So let me get this straight. Now that you've cleared everything up, all the Freedom Fighters (future version) were originally the Cyborg Freedom Fighters. Weren't they terminated? Guess the encyclopaedia will sort that out, but if there are two Robo-Robotniks like Ian believes, they will be seperate entities altogether.Fairfieldfencer FFF 08:52, March 1, 2010 (UTC)
Okay, so the version of the Freedom Fighters seen in Sonic In Your Face are not the same ones as the former Cyborg Freedom Fighters. Basically, you have NICOLE's home universe (shown in In Your Face and StH #119) and you have Cyborg Sonic's home universe, which after years looked like another future Mobius varient (shown in StH #22 and destroyed in StH #75). Make sense? - Dimitri the Echidna 09:02, March 1, 2010 (UTC)
Now that I've got the full story, yes.Fairfieldfencer FFF 09:40, March 1, 2010 (UTC)
Oh, and here are the welcoming messages for anons and users. I thought you might like to know they can be edited, and where you can find them. Figured you might want to add something of your own to them.
I just had a thought. We have a lot of characters with titles, don't we? Various princes, king, political leaders, perhaps we should add a title option to the character templates.Fairfieldfencer FFF 16:34, March 3, 2010 (UTC)
Hmm not a bad idea, like a Rank or Title section. - Dimitri the Echidna 00:00, March 4, 2010 (UTC)
Or both. We could type in Title to have it appear, but it shows up on the template as Rank/Title. Or we could have two different ones altogether, like rank for Lien-Da, and title for Knuckles, who has two titles.Fairfieldfencer FFF 10:05, March 4, 2010 (UTC)
I think we should go with have one for rank and one for title. - Dimitri the Echidna 19:01, March 4, 2010 (UTC)
Yeah, except it's not so much previewing as it is realising there's a better way of fashioning an article after you've made the edit.Fairfieldfencer FFF 00:42, March 6, 2010 (UTC)
I just had a new idea for a template. It's one for species titled "Other" for all those who have a species outside of human, mobian or overlander, like Shadow, Chaos or Aurora.Fairfieldfencer FFF 09:44, March 19, 2010 (UTC)
Well Shadow is pretty much a mobian despite having other DNA mixed in there. Hmm I don't think it's really necessary since it only really applies for a couple of characters. I'll think about it. - Dimitri the Echidna 05:09, March 21, 2010 (UTC)
Someone's ripping us off! Fairfieldfencer FFF 15:37, March 24, 2010 (UTC)
Wow, that's bullshit. I sent a message to the creator/administrator of that site and I have also contacted wikia staff. Thanks for bringing it to my attention. Under GNU copyright which wikias operate under they have to attribute it to this wiki. "The GFDL is a "copyleft" license, meaning the content can be copied, modified, and redistributed so long as the new version grants the same freedoms to others and acknowledges the authors of the Wikia page.". I notice Sonic News Network hasn't really been doing this much either, so maybe you could make a template on that wiki to put into articles taken from this wiki. - Dimitri the Echidna 01:40, March 25, 2010 (UTC)
I must disagree with you there. SNN does have a template saying what articles were made from this wikia's content. Fairfieldfencer FFF 09:11, March 25, 2010 (UTC)
Ah true, but I've seen so many Archie-Sonic related articles there that don't use the template. I guess I could always add it where it's needed. I put the template into a lot of articles but numerous ones are still missing it. If you could help me out with that on SNN that'd be appreciated. - Dimitri the Echidna 02:20, March 26, 2010 (UTC)
I've done quite a few, but I'm calling it a day for the moment and will continue later.Fairfieldfencer FFF 16:19, March 26, 2010 (UTC)
Luger, does the new Archieverse rule of games include the statistics given by Sonic Channel? If so, it would mean that Shadow was a metre tall, Rouge was 18, and Omega'd weighed near a ton. But it would also bring up upsets, like Omega being under five feet tall, yet towering over Eggman.Fairfieldfencer FFF 19:02, March 29, 2010 (UTC)
No because it would probably contradict height comparisons seen in the comics. What as quasi-canon from the games is very specific like species of characters, etc. - Dimitri the Echidna 06:01, March 30, 2010 (UTC)

This is in regarids to Moritori Rex's main image. It's not the best one. I think what is the best is him in this image here. File:MoritoriDimitriLienDa.png I think a scan should be taken at an angle so he's straight up on the scan, and then uploaded here to use as his main image.Fairfieldfencer FFF 18:58, April 30, 2010 (UTC)

I think the current image is fine for the template one, since the other one you pointed out fits better in th article itself. Template images don't have to show the entire body of the character, though if possible it's generally preferred to use full-body pictures for the character templates. Also, this kind of discussion would be better on the Moritori Rex talk page. - Dimitri the Echidna 18:37, May 5, 2010 (UTC)
It's up and it's 250px in size. What do you think? [1]Fairfieldfencer FFF 12:37, May 31, 2010 (UTC)
And also, I realised something recently. In SU: #4, we see Capital City and we believe it's Station Square. But Station Square is inside a mountain, and it was viewed from Guardian Mountain. That would mean there is a mountain inside the mountain, and I don't recall ever seeing one. Therefore, Capital City is a new city.Fairfieldfencer FFF 08:32, June 1, 2010 (UTC)
Correction, Station Squad was inside a mountain, but when the Xorda attacked they destroyed the mountain top. Hugo Brass pointed this out to the President in the "Home" arc, saying the attack left their city vulnerable. So, Station Square can now be seen from the outside. - Dimitri the Echidna 02:23, June 3, 2010 (UTC)
Thanks for clearing that up. Now what about my previous post?Fairfieldfencer FFF 07:11, June 3, 2010 (UTC)
Thot Prad, have you lost interest here at all? Or are you just busy with University? If it's the former, we might have some things to discuss.Fairfieldfencer FFF 06:31, June 11, 2010 (UTC)

Since you are losing interest in the comics, and Wiriamu is leaving for two years, then I think you should make me a fellow bureaucrat and appoint some new admins. User:Sen10elS and User:CrazyLea seem like prime candidates.Fairfieldfencer FFF 08:47, July 13, 2010 (UTC)

I may be losing some interest but I have not stopped reading the comics altogether, nor have I stopped checking up on this site. There are plenty of moderators and good users here to keep up the site quality despite my less frequent visits. - Dimitri the Echidna 01:20, July 19, 2010 (UTC)
OK.Fairfieldfencer FFF 08:27, July 19, 2010 (UTC)
This is in regards to changing the canon policy, but only by adding. The Sonic and Sonic Universe Blogs are being used by Ian to name and address loads of stuff left in the dust for years. Like the name of the Egg Hawk, and Rotor's mother, Georgette. All these posts are done by Ian himself, and I think whatever's said in the posts should be accepted as official canon.Fairfieldfencer FFF 17:20, July 27, 2010 (UTC)
Agreed, but it would fall under tier 2 in that if it's contrary to what's shown in the comics, it's not canon. - Dimitri the Echidna 05:05, July 28, 2010 (UTC)
OK. Here's a problem. Data files from the comic are tier 2, and the blog is tier 2. Dr. Eggman's data file written by former writer Ken Penders says their is one Robo-Robotnik, while current writer Flynn says on the blog there are two Robo-Robotniks. Boy, if I was writing this comic, I'd just make one of them to avoid confusion. But that's not the issue here. I'm asking you which you think overpowers the other. According to Background Info on Eggman, one Robo-Robotnik said there were two Robos, and now the current writer has backed that up, while the data file contradicts tier 1, what's been said in the comic.Fairfieldfencer FFF 07:15, July 28, 2010 (UTC)
Well since StH #75 merged the two Robo-Robotnik's into one, until the encyclopedia comes out the the canonicity of that issue overrules the tier 2 statement of the blogs. - Dimitri the Echidna 01:57, July 29, 2010 (UTC)
An IP has created a template to add to all the Aricles of the Week. User:Fairfieldfencer/Template:Article of the Week‎ What is your opinion? Also, we suffered a major vandal attack recently. Bigger than I've seen in a while. I wasn't there to stop it. I really think some of the more active users here like Sen10 or G-Mel should be given admin status to keep things in shape. I know this is a small wikia with little vandalism, but with a couple of more people, we could really pound whoever breaks the rules at any time into the ground.Fairfieldfencer FFF 14:30, September 6, 2010 (UTC)
An Article of the Week template is a good idea, I had considered making one for a while but never got around to it. As for the vandal attacks, I was away all weekend when it happened and thus was unable to deal with it. I'll probably promote someone who is a very active user to moderator so that these things can be dealt with much quicker. Thanks for the recommendations and for cleaning up the vandal mess while I was absent. - Dimitri the Echidna 19:11, September 7, 2010 (UTC)
Don't thank me. When I got here, it was first thing in the morning. The guy had stopped by now and G-Mel and another user called Sparkster64 had reverted most of his edits. Now, do you want this template in a specific place? You know, top or bottom of the page?Fairfieldfencer FFF 20:47, September 7, 2010 (UTC)
Dimitri, this is getting too much for me. There are more editors coming in (IPs who are inexperienced and can't spell) who are making additions that do not suit our Manual of Style. I need help. I demand you offer administrator status to some more people. It might seem like overkill, but with overkill, you always have back-up, you don't have to worry about someone not watching and there's always someone there to get the job done when I'm not here.Fairfieldfencer FFF 07:56, October 6, 2010 (UTC)
Sorry for the delay, I've been super busy with university work which is why I have barely been seen on here for a while. I don't have nearly as much free time as I used to. I made CrazyLea and Arbiter0416 two new site administrators today. That will have to do for now until I review other active members. I feel is necessary to once again thank you for your contributions to the site and for keeping it tidy during my absence. - Dimitri the Echidna 19:38, October 6, 2010 (UTC)
Thank you for seeing to that so quickly. Those two are excellent choices and I hope they take their rolls on board.Fairfieldfencer FFF 19:58, October 6, 2010 (UTC)
You ever heard of Vanity? It's a program used to make renders of Halo: Reach armour. I'm eager to put it to some use. Want to make a request? It can't do helmets with extras, just bases, and not the Haunted Helmet either.Fairfieldfencer FFF 21:21, December 15, 2010 (UTC)
Don't worry. This is second time this has happened. It should change back soon.Fairfieldfencer FFF 12:42, December 16, 2010 (UTC)

[2] This might help.Fairfieldfencer FFF 19:31, January 18, 2011 (UTC)

Pic upload

Hey Thot Prad, sorry to be a bother, but I uploaded the current SU: #13 cover in here, but I think I clicked on the wrong type of license. I need to know which type of license to click on and/or what I need to do to correct it. If you or FFF can let me know so I can fix ir or if one of you two can take care of that, I'd appreciate it. Arbiter0416 03:22, February 10, 2010 (UTC)

No worries, I corrected the non-free use rationale. - Dimitri the Echidna 06:42, February 10, 2010 (UTC)

Pardon me,but what happen to the picture on Juanita?I worked hard on that one.Hikaruyami-having fun* 11:52, February 24, 2010 (UTC)

That image was so small it was almost useless. If a larger version of that image can't be found then there's no point in uploading it. Not all articles need an image. - Dimitri the Echidna 04:43, February 26, 2010 (UTC)

i am trying to upload a pic butr every time i try i get a permission error message.DalekSupreme13 05:31, February 29, 2012 (UTC)

That's because only moderators and administrators have permission to upload images. If there's an image you want uploaded, provide it to one of the site mods along with the relevant Non-free use rationale information and they'll upload it for you. - Dimitri the Echidna 05:33, March 4, 2012 (UTC)
What are site mods?DalekSupreme13 06:18, March 4, 2012 (UTC)
It's short term for site moderators. Thot Prad, I've been trying to explain to him on my talk page how to make an external link to his photo cache for a few days now, but something keeps getting lost in translation. If you think you can make it clearer to him, go right ahead by all means. --Sen10elS 13:58, March 4, 2012 (UTC)
hello, here is a link for pictures of metal tails and mecha tails,, could you upload them, thanks.DalekSupreme13 06:06, March 8, 2012 (UTC)
The resolution of those images is really small. Think you could get some higher resolution scans? - Dimitri the Echidna 19:21, March 17, 2012 (UTC)
Don't worry Thot- I've dealt with that thanks to some generous help from Diamonddeath with scanning more images and writing up the license summaries for them. Looks like a few of the ones I uploaded a couple months back still haven't been properly used though. That and we also still need the cover for this year's FCBD issue. Sen10elS 20:37, March 17, 2012 (UTC)

I got pictures, if you need any let me know

Hey, I see you're kinda the mod around here, wanted to ask if you needed any pics for articles. I got up to sonic 190, along with the miniseries and knuckles spinoff (only thing i don't have is sonic universe). Just wanted to let you know I'm here to help out, and if you need a pic for an article, let me know via e-mail or leave a message on my talk page.

White3agle510 04:37, February 26, 2010 (UTC)White3agle510

That's good to hear. I'm actually the administrator and creator of this website. I have almost every issue from the main Archieverse comics (I'm only missing StH #75, the Princess Sally Miniseries, Sonic Live, Sonic Blast, and Super Specials #6, #7, #9) so I'm not sure if there are any images I won't be able to scan in myself. However if you see any articles where existing scans are poor you can replace them, or if there are articles without images feel free to scan in an image and upload it for that article. Just a heads up, you must include the Non-free use rationale after you have uploaded an image. If you need help figuring it out, just ask. Happy contributing! - Dimitri the Echidna 04:43, February 26, 2010 (UTC)

Thanks for the help on the Hamlin page, had the pic, just couldn't fit it in just right without screwing up the whole page. Thanks again, White3agle510 05:10, February 26, 2010 (UTC)White3agle510

No problem. Whenever an image is placed in an article, it must be aligned to the left if it is beside a main identification template, otherwise the font gets pushed underneath the template along with the image. - Dimitri the Echidna 05:11, February 26, 2010 (UTC)

Hello, my name is Genesjs, AKA Gen, G and Phoenix the Cat. I have a question for you: I noticed that some of the Sonic X Comics pages have little (Or no) information in them, and I was wondering, as long as I have permission from an Admin over at the SNN, if I can add the information on the Sonic X comics pages from the SNN's to the ones that we have here? Phoenix the CatThe flames reborn.... 19:54, March 4, 2010 (UTC)

I suppose you could technically import the summaries over from Sonic News Network as long as you get permission from the people over there. However the comic template will have to be the one from this site, and the main layout of the articles will have to be formatted to match the Manual of Style for comic articles. Internal links will also need to be corrected (for characters, locations, etc.) Please keep that in mind and don't just copy/paste the entire text from SNN comic articles because they'll need to be formatted in the areas I just specified. - Dimitri the Echidna 07:11, March 5, 2010 (UTC)

Alternate/Cyborg reality contradiction

I have to ask you something, i have watched #75, and while it's true that Robo-Robotnik at first makes it sound as though it's his reality, he then states "After locating the piece that had lain dormant in the future reality where I was trapped, I rebuilt a suitable body for myself." So which one should we accept as Canon. - Marvel and DC 21:27, March 5, 2010 (UTC)

That was the line I had used to explain he was in a different zone, but after re-examining the evidence I found that Robo-Robotnik repeatedly states that was his home zone. So, he's stating he was trapped in his home universe basically. This is stated numerous times in StH #75 and confirmed in his data file in StH #108. This means Cyborg Sonic is the same Sonic seen in StH #22, just de-roboticized. Considering years took place between Robo-Robotnik's first and second appearance in comic timeline, its no surprise Sonic was able to roboticize himself and become part of the Royal Family. - Dimitri the Echidna 23:41, March 5, 2010 (UTC)

Moderator position

Hello Thot Prad, how are you? I saw your new rules and would like to ask if you're still looking for an extra moderator. I have some extra time on my hands right now (aside from my job) and if the position needs to be filled, I'd be happy to volunteer. Arbiter0416 01:45, March 6, 2010 (UTC)

Thanks for stepping up to the plate. I'm going to take some time to review your edits and make sure you've followed the sites rules in your contributions. I'm looking for people who are familiar with the site's policies, guidelines, layouts, etc. so they will know what to look for when reviewing users changes to articles. I'm pretty busy this weekend but I'll get back to you ASAP. - Dimitri the Echidna 01:47, March 6, 2010 (UTC)
Hey Thot Prad, how's it going? Just wondering if you're still looking for another moderator. Feel free to check my contributions to this site and let me know when you can. Arbiter0416 03:35, April 18, 2010 (UTC)
Hey Thot Prad, sorry this is a bit late, but I would like to personally thank you for making me one of the site's new admins. I will definitely continue to contribute to this wiki and to keep it as clean and tidy as possible. Arbiter0416 01:52, October 8, 2010 (UTC)
To hopefully clear up anything going on right now, I'm going through the comic article summaries to either make any necessary corrections or delete any summaries that are beyond correcting, do not follow the wiki's Manual of Style, and are overall too sloppy in general. Arbiter0416 14:28, October 16, 2010 (UTC)
Never mind, I've decided to try something else instead. Please see here for more details. Arbiter0416 18:12, October 16, 2010 (UTC)
Looks good to me. One of the biggest issues about this site being a wiki-based one is that there is always going to be people who aren't the best writers who want to contribute, and not all of them have english as their first language either. The resulting edits can sometimes be disastrous, as can be seen in some of the edits to comic articles. One of the other issues I have is in non-comic articles however. Often people will simply type up a large summary of what happens in a particular issue, focusing not just on the character of the article, but on everyone. The result is a lot of copy-paste + slighted edited material in articles. An example of this would be the articles for Sergeant Simian, Lightning Lynx, Flying Frog and Predator Hawk, who have a lot of the material in their articles copy and pasted wholesale. I'd really like to see this get fixed so every article is a lot more unique, even when there isn't a lot of unique information to tell about each character. - Dimitri the Echidna 00:03, October 19, 2010 (UTC)

Hi Thot Prad, how've you been? Recently, Lcemmcr came up with a new template design for the characters who have been Article of the Week more than once. Personally, I like the design, but I wanted to see what you thought before this new design was implemented into the articles. Arbiter0416 21:17, January 16, 2011 (UTC)

That's actually a pretty sweet idea for the template. I like it. - Dimitri the Echidna 05:04, January 17, 2011 (UTC)

Hi Thot Prad. The M.E. was just hit by a massive vandal attack moments ago and myself and a couple of the other users were cleaning up the mess he/she left. We also need to discuss the fact that more admins are needed to keep an eye on this wiki as I'm currently the only active one right now. My personal recommendations are currently Sen10els, Diamonddeath, and Merricks (who worked really hard cleaning up a good chunk of that mess). Please respond to this as soon as you can on here and we can discuss this further. Arbiter0416 20:05, June 4, 2011 (UTC)

Hey Thot Prad. We were just hit by four more vandal attacks this morning (they weren't as bad as the one yesterday as they were stopped before any major harm was done and their edits were reverted, but still) . I'm being serious here, we need more admins to keep an eye on things there as I'm still the only active one. Were you able to review the candidates I listed in my last message? Please let me know as soon as you can because I don't think these attacks will end anytime soon. Arbiter0416 16:04, June 5, 2011 (UTC)

Unfortunately, I wasn't on yesterday to help clean up the mess while it was going on, but I tried my best in the aftermath of the attack this morning for a bit. Fortunately, other users had already gotten around to cleaning up, quickly. Thanks for recommending me, though, Arbiter0416. I do try my best to keep things neat and up to date. Diamonddeath 19:58, June 5, 2011 (UTC)

Hey, it's me again. The same vandal's been attacking here over and over again under different usernames. I'm not sure how this guy's doing it, but he's showing no signs of letting up anytime soon. If it's possible, I'm going to have to recommend that the M.E. be locked for editing for a few days until this spammer gets bored. Please get back to me as soon as you can on this because I don't know how much longer I can hold him off. Arbiter0416 09:53, June 6, 2011 (UTC)

You're probably gonna have to do this as I still haven't had the time to familiarize myself with the different things I can now do as an admin yet....... Sen10elS 11:21, June 6, 2011 (UTC)

I support this as well. I'll stick around here for a couple of hours in case another outbreak occurs. Lcemmcr 17:10, June 6, 2011 (UTC)
I'm going to try to lock the site down for a couple days, then re-open it. If it persists I'll contact the wikia staff and they'll find a way to resolve it. - Dimitri the Echidna 17:13, June 6, 2011 (UTC)
Preferably by tracking down his guy through his IP address and arresting him because almost all of them are definitely the same person. Sen10elS 17:26, June 6, 2011 (UTC)
Mediawiki has been contacted. We'll have to wait and see their response to this. - Dimitri the Echidna 18:09, June 6, 2011 (UTC)
Yet another attack this morning just now that I stopped early on. He also vandalized the portals on the front page. I thought we stopped this garbage from getting through? Regardless, I think we need to promote a few more trustworthy users to administration position here. Sen10elS 11:24, June 28, 2011 (UTC)
I admit my choice for this week's AotW was a bit of a rushed one despite the new information on Hawk from the most recent issue of Sonic Universe and the fact that this wiki is getting low on decent quality articles to use as AotW since many of them have already been used within the past couple of months. Arbiter0416 09:57, July 27, 2011 (UTC)
I've seen the lack of decent articles too. That is why I proposed changing the current Article of the Week to a Featured Article that would be changed every month as opposed to every week. Hopefully you will like this idea, Thot Prad. Lcemmcr 01:16, July 28, 2011 (UTC)

Aside from a Featured Article, which I support as we won't go through them as quickly, there are a number of articles still here with enough to make them worthwhile- Big, the Zone Cops, Hawking, Extreme Gear, & any involving the BBA just to name a few. You just have to look a little harder. Beyond that, we REALLY need more updates to articles that would be possible candidates if they weren't so lacking in adequate detail- I mean, look at Rosie for example! Sen10elS 03:46, July 28, 2011 (UTC)

Question about 2 miscellaneous Archie Sonic Comics

Hey Dimitri, I was just wondering what the sites policy was the for the Issues of StH 1/4 and the Sonic and the Secret Rings Adaptation? Should articles be made for the two of them? The 1/4 issue was published by Archie back in 1992, and the Secret Rings adaptation was produced by Archie Comics, but was published by Sega as a Target Exclusive for the game. These two issues are sort of in a grey area and I wanted to get ruling if they should be apart of the site or not. The Illustrious Q 05:42, March 9, 2010 (UTC)

Sonic and the Secret Rings is not canon at all. It was published with a game so I wouldn't regard it as canon. As for StH #1/4 are you talking about the original miniseries, or something else? - Dimitri the Echidna 06:40, March 9, 2010 (UTC)
The 1/4 issue was published by Archie comics several months before issue 0. Here's a link to a copy of the issue currently being sold on ebay. I have the issue in my possession and I can make the article for it this weekend. The Illustrious Q 14:51, March 9, 2010 (UTC)
That link just shows the issue cover for the first issue of the Sonic Miniseries. I think the 1/4 you are talking about is the same thing as the Original Sonic Miniseries, which we already have articles for. - Dimitri the Echidna 21:34, March 9, 2010 (UTC)
Dimitri, I have the issue in question and I can tell for certain that it's different than Issue 0. The covers between 1/4 and O are different in a couple of ways. First the background for Issue 0 is all white, Issue 1/4 is Yellow with a white border. The comic itself is 6 pages long, thus the reason for the numbering of 1/4 and contains part 1 of the Don't cry for Mobius story. The 1/4 quarter issue is the first issue of Archie Sonic the Hedgehog published and as such is the first appearance of the the Knothole Freedom Fighters, Robotnik and his various Minions. The book also contains the publication date for Issue 0 on the back as a means of advertising for the series. In short this this the first Archie Sonic Comic ever published and as such deserves it's place here on the site. The Illustrious Q 21:46, March 9, 2010 (UTC)
Well they're old enough to be disregarded. There was another Sonic comic which predates the Original Miniseries but it is so different it doesn't fit into the Archieverse. If these 1/4 issues are just similar versions of the Original Miniseries with minor differences, no need to include them. - Dimitri the Echidna 22:20, March 9, 2010 (UTC)
I'm well aware of the Sonic Mini Comic published in 1991, for I happen to own a copy of the issue. In fact I own a copy of every single Sonic Comic ever published in the United States. However your point by using the Mini-comic as a reason as to why the 1/4 issue should not be included on the site is not valid. For one thing that issue was not produced or published by Archie Comic, but by another comic company as a means to advertise for Sonic 1 back in 1991. 1/4 is however an issue of Sonic the Hedgehog which was produced and published by Archie Comics as part of their line of Sonic the Hedgehog comics back in early 1992 and is officially the first appearance of nearly all of the main characters in the book. Disregarding this is disregarding a piece of Archie Sonic History, and I thought it was the purpose of this site to be the most definitive, accurate, and accessible encyclopedia and reference for everything related to the Archie Sonic the Hedgehog universe. Disregarding this issue defies that very purpose that this site stands for. So really it's up to how you want Mobius Encyclopaedia to be, completely 100% accurate or a partial misrepresentation of the facts. I know what I'd do.The Illustrious Q 00:21, March 10, 2010 (UTC)

When you can provide me with a link to a page showing the covers and detailing their distinction from the original Sonic miniseries I'll look into it. This is the first I've ever heard about these issues and until I look into it and validate your claims to ensure their place in Archie continuity they won't be posted up here. I await the evidence. The link you gave me didn't show me anything distinct. - Dimitri the Echidna 00:27, March 10, 2010 (UTC)
You will have it on Saturday. The Illustrious Q 00:32, March 10, 2010 (UTC)
I look forward to it. - Dimitri the Echidna 00:32, March 10, 2010 (UTC)
Wait no more. It's Saturday and here are the scans. First up a high res scan of StH 1/4, which can be found in the following link.
[StH 1/4 Cover]
Next is the comparison shot between StH 1/4 and StH 0.
The differences between the two covers are obvious enough but I've also labeled them and and will list them here.
1.) There is a white border on 1/4 which is absent from StH 0.
2.) The background color between the two covers are different. On 1/4 it is Yellow on O is is white.
3.) I have underlined this one on the two issues, they are actually numbered 2 different issue numbers.
4.) StH 1/4 has Free From Sega in the place of the bar code on StH 0.
There is one more piece of information that 1/4 has, besides being the first appearance of Sonic, Tails, Sally, Rotor, Antoine, and Robotnik. The exact publication date of issue 0 is printed on the back of the issue, which can be seen in the following link.
StH 1/4 Back Cover
Hope this proved informative, I await your decision as to whether or not 1/4 should get it's article. The Illustrious Q 01:01, March 14, 2010 (UTC)
Very informative and detailed, just the kind of evidence I needed. I'll adjust the comic list template to include it and an article can be made for it. I'm curious, is there any difference in the story between StH #1/4 and Sonic Miniseries #0? I realize the covers are different, but what about the inside of the book? I'd be interested to know what the difference is between the two. - Dimitri the Echidna 02:34, March 14, 2010 (UTC)
It is a similar situation to what is going on between Sonic Firsts and SSS #3, only slightly different. Whereas SSS #3 is a complete reprint of Sonic Firsts, which in itself was a reprint of stories previously published in different issues, StH 1/4 is the original publication of the story "Don't Cry For Me, Mobius! Part 1". Though Sir Charles and Muttski do not appear in this issue. The story was reprinted in StH 0 and finished with part 2. I'll make a note of that in the background information for the issue. The Illustrious Q 02:49, March 14, 2010 (UTC)
Yeah I figured it was like Sonic Firsts and SSS #3. Do you know what month it was published? I've created the base article for it, it can be found here. - Dimitri the Echidna 02:55, March 14, 2010 (UTC)

I know it was before November 1992, but other than that I can't be more specific. Even the little copyright blurb on the first page isn't more specific than that. :?The Illustrious Q 03:03, March 14, 2010 (UTC)

New Eggman pic

Hello Thot Prad, how are you? I went ahead and uploaded the "Hannibal Eggman" pic from StH: #210, but on my first attempt, the image was too small, and on my second and most recent attempt, the image got too blurry. Can you help me with this please? Arbiter0416 04:13, March 11, 2010 (UTC)

Never mind. It seems to have corrected itself. Arbiter0416 04:15, March 11, 2010 (UTC)

I have to say, this image made me wonder - to what degree can images here be edited compared to the original source? For instance, I'm pretty sure that this Eggman picture has been rotated to make him look like he's standing straight up - isn't the original panel angled on the page? CrazyLea 04:28, March 11, 2010 (UTC)

I've fixed that. As for Lea's above post, I would only consider rotating the angle of an image an option when in need of a main image. Like what I did with Iron Blimp. Otherwise, the scenes should be depicted as they are.Fairfieldfencer FFF 07:40, March 11, 2010 (UTC)

Alternate vs. Future Mobius from Wiriamu

Well Dimitri, your deal with Cyborg Sonic and Dr. Eggman's universes being the same higher up on the page is a big part of the answer. The other part is that, if you look at the Background Information for that Mobius, you'll see that I posted a query I made to Ian, in which he basically told me that, for the sake of simplicity, it's reasonable to look at NICOLE's Mobius of origin as being the same one that Dr. Robotnik was blasted into by E.V.E. If they're the same, and your reasoning higher on the page is correct, it means that NICOLE comes from Cyborg Sonic's Mobius, and that effectively means that the Royal Family Robotnik Prime encountered was the same one that created NICOLE and sent her to Mobius Prime. Now if a private message response from Ian that I posted on Bumbleking doesn't count with the site's canon policy, I apologize; I should have looked at it more closely. If it does count with the policy, then I was simply attempting to condense redundant articles, which is just part of the job here on the site. Again, I apologize for any inconvenience to you or error on my part.Wiriamu 04:35, March 12, 2010 (UTC)

No need to apologize. One reason I don't really regard that statement as proper is because Ian overlooked the first Lara-Su's universe in that statement, and it was also his way of saying how things could be seen for the sake of simplicity. I wouldn't take that statement with a lot of regard towards the continuity however for those two reasons. - Dimitri the Echidna 04:38, March 12, 2010 (UTC)
Good to know. Maybe I'll bring it up to Ian the next time he does Ask Ian, just to clarify the matter. I actually noticed the first Lara-Su thing too, but I figured it was either an oversight or based on the fact that her timeline has little to do with any major events in the comics and is unlikely to be revisited: the timelines we're discussing are where Eggman and Nicole came from, two major characters. While he hasn't said anything, I could see him revealing something of Nicole's origin to the Freedom Fighters at some point along the line.Wiriamu 04:50, March 12, 2010 (UTC)

Integration of's Sonic Wiki Material

Hello Thot Prad, I am Sean "Nz17" Robinson of Nz17 Productions. I would like to have the the data from my sub-site, Sonic Wiki, integrated into the Mobius Encyclopaedia. The reason being is that I have lost interest in maintaining the project and would not like to see the data and resources disappear just due to my disinterest and desire to retire the sub-site. While I was the primary contributor I did create and receive some favorable contributions from others that I think ME would find useful including image scans. However the general lack of updates to the Sonic Wiki by the community made me feel apathetic, and the sadly more frequent vandalism made me feel disheartened.

Hi Sean, I got your message. I have to say, years before I started my wiki I had come to this site often, and this was sort of the inspiration for the Mobius Encyclopaedia project. That said, I'm not entirely sure what content could be moved over. M.E. already has articles for every character on this site. Furthermore, M.E. only deals with Archie-Sonic canon, which does not include Sonic SatAM or any other Sonic media. But if there are some things you think could be brought over let me know on my user talk page at M.E. Also the pager rank credit would be great. I recommend you create a profile at M.E. and we discuss this further on my talk page.

Well first please see our gallery of images for whatever you may be missing. I know that ME does not have the Data File scans from the Ken Penders years, and there are numerous other scans showing characters' design changes over time. It you use anything, please do click the "full size" link to get the image at its original resolution. Further, a comparison should be done between SW and ME's existing character profiles to make sure there isn't any information that exists only on the SW profiles that belongs on ME.

Many of the members of here have the majority of the issues, so the scans on your website are either already here or can easily be scanned in and uploaded. As for the data files, we used to use the pictures from those as the profile pictures for the character articles, but we stopped when we found better ones from actual parts of the stories. The information from the data files has been incorporated into the articles of the characters who had data files made. If there's any information missing from the articles on Mobius Encyclopaedia that is present on their Sonic Wiki articles you can easily edit them in, just make sure to do it following this site's Manual of Style. Anything else? - Dimitri the Echidna 05:05, March 21, 2010 (UTC)

Hmm, well, I guess if you have all of the data files' info incorporated, and you don't need the scans, and you don't want the full-page data files' scans uploaded, the only thing left is the possibility of missing info that SW has that ME doesn't. And it seems like a lot of effort for just one person to go through and compare all of the various profiles. So if there is nothing that needs to be transferred, I'll leave Sonic Wiki as-is until Saturday at which point I'll take it offline and redirect visitors to ME. - Nz17 22:28, March 21, 2010 (UTC)

Yeah I think we have all the bases covered already. Keep in mind if you see anything that's missing from the articles you can add it in yourself, but so far I think we've done a pretty good job getting in the relevant information. Welcome to Mobius Encyclopaedia and thanks for redirecting Sonic Wiki to here. - Dimitri the Echidna 06:31, March 22, 2010 (UTC)

Redirection has begun. Let me know if you see a pleasant spike in traffic arriving at M.E. courtesy of Nz17 Productions. :-) Nz17 17:54, March 26, 2010 (UTC)

Sally Acorn Article

Just a thought, but the Sally article seems to have been quite thoroughly cleaned up. I would recommend taking it off the overall cleanup list, but naturally I bow to your judgment. It just no longer seems necessary to me.Wiriamu 03:51, April 15, 2010 (UTC)

Clean up does seem uneccessary now, but it is a stub. I'm sorry I haven't finished adding in all the issues she appeared in, but I have been quite busy. It will get done. I assure you.Fairfieldfencer FFF 08:47, April 15, 2010 (UTC)
Yeah once the article is completed we'll remove the template. One thing that bothers me, not just about the Sally arcitle, is that every time a new issue comes out people tend to just post a generic summary of what happens in said new issue into character's articles. Another thing that irks me (the Sally article at present is a good example of this) is that a lot of the time there will be small paragraphs and not very detailed information for older issues, which have several issues being referenced, while more recent information gets massive paragraphs and only references a single issue. I'd like to see more of a balance between new and old issue information and reduce generic summaries in character's articles to more specific information forcusing on that character. This was one of the new site policies introduced to the Manual of Style. - Dimitri the Echidna 02:06, April 16, 2010 (UTC)
Be fair. Older issues are harder for people to come by. I'll try and make more of a balance in my summaries.Fairfieldfencer FFF 08:49, April 16, 2010 (UTC)
Triple F definitely has a point, but I can see where that's a problem too. I'll try and work on it as well.Wiriamu 05:47, April 18, 2010 (UTC)

Heads Up

Hey Dimitri, Wiriamu here. I figured I might as well give you a heads up regarding a change to occur rather soon: I'm actually going to be leaving for 2 years on a mission as of this August 4. Unfortunately, this means that I will be unable to edit or contribute to the Mobius Encyclopedia. I just wanted to thank you for the help you've been in my time here, and also ask if there was any way my profile could be kept active while I'm gone; I know how these things can be if you don't log on for too long. Whether or not that's possible, thanks anyway; I'll continue to edit while I'm still here and have anything to contribute, and hopefully I'll be back and editing sometime in August or September of 2012-I'll have a lot to catch up on first!Wiriamu 00:03, July 10, 2010 (UTC)

Wiriamu, you have been an excellent contributor at Mobius Encyclopaedia and you will be missed. As you probably noticed I have not been very active at this site the past few months, which is a result of moving back to Ontario, preparing for university here, and a declining interest in the comics. Still, I come around from time to time when I am able. But back to you - I will do what I can to ensure your account is kept active during your absence, and I look forward to your return in 2012. Best of luck on your mission. - Dimitri the Echidna 05:49, July 11, 2010 (UTC)
I appreciate your kind words and your help, and I look forward to accomplishing what I can while I'm still here and continuing my contributions when I return.Wiriamu 14:34, July 22, 2010 (UTC)

Hiya! I was told by FairfieldFencer that you are the person to speak to regarding website affiliations... I was wondering if you would be interested in a link exchange or affiiation agreement between the Mobian Encyclopedia, and my website, We seem to have many of the same goals in mind for our websites (catering to Archie-Sonic fans). ~ RingtailedFox - RTF's Website 03:46, August 10, 2010 (UTC)

Give me some time to check out your website and I'll get back to you. - Dimitri the Echidna 03:26, August 19, 2010 (UTC)

Wikia new skin

I'm going to hate ask you this, but what is this mobious enciclopaedia condition to new skin being imposed by wikia, i like this wiki and i would hate to give up on coming here do to the headaches that the new skin give me--Ashendant 21:03, October 11, 2010 (UTC)

I too have noticed periodically the site skin changes to the "new wikia" look, which annoys me just as much as the next person. If you want to go back to the standard look, go to your preferences page, click on the skins tab, then select MonBook, and that should fix the problem. I hope that helps. - Dimitri the Echidna 02:29, October 12, 2010 (UTC)
Unfortunately, that won't work come November. They're getting rid of the monobook option so we all have to use their skin.Fairfieldfencer FFF 10:22, October 12, 2010 (UTC)
Which gives me headaches and the reason a few wikis are leaving wikia like wowwiki simpsons wikia among others, and it looks absolutely ghastly, the infobox is in the middle of the screen and the article crammed to the left of that, also MORE ADDS, it also requires you to remake every article due to how badly the skin is designed--Ashendant 10:35, October 12, 2010 (UTC)

I think they're just getting rid of the "Monaco" skin, but Monobook should still be around for each individual to select, even after the change is made. That's what's been said on another wiki, but I'll look around to confirm whether this is accurate or not. - Dimitri the Echidna 16:43, October 12, 2010 (UTC)
From what i was told they are forcing that skin to be mandatory since they only want people to use that skinAshendant 22:21, October 12, 2010 (UTC)
As I understand it, the new skin will be the default skin, but it won't be mandatory. I believe you'll still have the option to chose other skins, hopefully MonoBook is one of them. A lot of people in the wikia community are voicing their desire to have MonoBook kept around. We can only hope the Wikia staff listen. If not, I'll see what I can do about creating a new skin altogether based on the existing MonoBook one. - Dimitri the Echidna 22:23, October 12, 2010 (UTC)

Excuse me, but I would like to extend an offer to ME. You see, SFW and SNN plan on moving to a different site, out of Wikia's control. This move however, would preserve all data, privelages, history, and contributions. Are you interested in hearing out this possibility, to see if ME would like to move as well?--Kagimizu-Seeya 'round 07:10, November 6, 2010 (UTC)

I am interested in the possibility of moving Mobius Encyclopaedia away from wikia's control. What did you have in mind exactly? - Dimitri the Echidna 06:43, November 7, 2010 (UTC)

A user on Sonic News Network and Sonic Fanon Wiki has a father who owns a company with a hosting site called This User's father is able to copy all of a wiki's data to the fullest extent, then copy all said data onto a blank "HuskWiki" created with MediaWiki programming. After copying this data, all history, contributions, images, and privelages will be copied, basically "cloning" the wikis. The process could take quite a while, but it would be well worth it, as Mobius Encyclopaedia would be copied completely as-is, and completely out from under Wikia's control. There is an issue as to what to do with the original (my suggestion to wikis is to delete and tear down everything, including blanking/deleting all MediaWiki pages), but aside from that and the waiting time, there's no downside. It's 100% free, with no advertizements.--Kagimizu-Seeya 'round 06:33, November 8, 2010 (UTC)

It sounds almost too good to be true. On it lists prices for web hosting plans. Would it be free strictly because the son of the person who owns the company would get his dad to upload it all for free? Also, would Mobius Encyclopaedia still remain a separate website from both Sonic News Network and Sonic Fanon Wiki with a different URL address and everything? As for what to do with the existing sites, if wikia was able to make them simply redirects to the new one that would be best, as the sites would not lose their hits for search engines. The pros to this sound good, especially since the websites would no longer have to conform to wikia's basic skin themes or have advertisements. - Dimitri the Echidna 02:28, November 9, 2010 (UTC)

Well that could possibly be the reason. However, not being paying customers is one of the reasons it's taking so long. Anyway, yes the wikis would remain seperate, just as they are now. Some Users on the SFW want to affiliate all the Sonic wikis under a group name "Sonic Nexus", much like how NIWA is affiliated. Anyway, I seriously doubt that Wikia would be willing to make anything on any of the wikis redirects, hence my previous suggestion. However, that suggestion is strictly post-successful move, so as to minimize risk.--Kagimizu-Seeya 'round 19:18, November 9, 2010 (UTC)

Another question - what kind of domain names does provide? - Dimitri the Echidna 19:21, November 9, 2010 (UTC)

Most of the wikis are going with stuff like,, and the like. What do you think of 'round 19:56, November 9, 2010 (UTC) or, but I think the former would be better simply because it's easier for other people to remember than the latter is. - Dimitri the Echidna 20:03, November 9, 2010 (UTC)

Alright then. I'll let the rest know that Mobius Encyclopaedia is up for the move.--Kagimizu-Seeya 'round 20:56, November 9, 2010 (UTC)

Not quite yet. I'm considering other alternatives as well. I'll let you know one way or another as soon as I decide. - Dimitri the Echidna 21:01, November 9, 2010 (UTC)

Even more ads?

This wiki is the greatest source of information about Archie Sonic universe. But why are you adding sponsor links in the bottom of pages?

As a wikia website I have no control over the amount of advertisements showing up. Also, if you create an account and log in the site layout will be monobook and the ads will be less of an annoyance. - Dimitri the Echidna 01:17, December 4, 2010 (UTC)

Thank You

Hello, Dimitri. As the creator of the former and new Article of the Week templates, I figured I'd thank you myself for your approval of the new template. This new template should make things easier in the articles, but still give the articles the recognition they deserve. As I told Arbiter, I'll try to put the new template into effect tomorrow. Once again, thank you for your approval! Lcemmcr 05:58, January 18, 2011 (UTC)

Edmund's ancestors

In regards to your edit/question, in SU #25 Edmund talks about how his mother had things difficult as Guardian, but not nearly as bad as her father. Additionally, he says that the Prelate based on Vector reminds him of his father. So mother = Lara-Su, father = Argyle, and grandfather = Knuckles. Unless you interpret the line as meaning that a few more generations later, some another female Guardian had a father who faced especially difficult challenges and got together with someone else who happens to look similar to Vector. CrazyLea 02:54, February 16, 2011 (UTC)

Ah okay, thanks for letting me know. For some reason the issue was delayed a week before being released, and I didn't get the chance to pick it up yesterday or today. Hopefully tomorrow. - Dimitri the Echidna 01:37, February 18, 2011 (UTC)
Actually, the delay seems to have happened to a lot of people. Apparently it has something to do with the new printer and all the bad weather this winter... some areas (and subscribers) got things on time, but it seems most had to wait an extra week. I think the same thing happened with #221, too. CrazyLea 02:48, February 18, 2011 (UTC)

Talk Bubbles

Hello. I noticed that this Wiki seems to lack a template for Talk Bubbles, like this one. I was wondering if it would be okay to make a template for Talk Bubbles, because I desire to make one for myself to use around this Wiki. Phoenix the CatThe flames reborn.... 19:23, March 9, 2011 (UTC)

Just curious, what's the point of the talk bubbles? It just adds some colour around the text. Is it really necessary on a wiki like this? - Dimitri the Echidna 19:32, March 9, 2011 (UTC)

Well, you more or less answered your own question. As for it being necessary, I'm asking you that. If not, then I'll drop the issue. Phoenix the CatThe flames reborn.... 20:20, March 9, 2011 (UTC)

I personally don't really see a need for them given the nature of message exchanges on this site. - Dimitri the Echidna 08:58, March 26, 2011 (UTC)

Translation of articles

Good day. I'm about one Russian Sonic wiki, Sonic SCANF Info. Could we translate your articles and use them as base about Archie Sonic Universe?

As long as you provide the link to the original articles or at the very least cite that you got the information from this website, you're more than welcome to translate and use the info. - Dimitri the Echidna 08:57, March 26, 2011 (UTC)

Blog Pictures

I know that there were blog pictures that got removed, but the ones of Dark Knuckles getting shot and Dark Knuckles vaporizing Eggman were a bit different. In the Blog's version, there was different dialogue, and Knuckles' eye was robotic. If these versions are not allowed because they are from the blog, then maybe the originals shouldn't be put into the articles, either, since they don't represent the article correctly. Also, why was Remington's image changed? Diamonddeath 18:27, June 2, 2011 (UTC)

The images are virtually the same, but they in-comic ones don't have to be used. I just put them in there since they're almost identical to the blog posts and illustrate the events all the same more or less. Remington's image was changed because it was from the blog. - Dimitri the Echidna 00:34, June 3, 2011 (UTC)
There are a lot of profile pictures on this wiki that are from the blog. It's not like there is anything non-canon to the picture. Diamonddeath 03:45, June 3, 2011 (UTC)

Dark Mobius sections

I was wondering if you could give your say on this matter to build a bit of a consensus as to what to do. Basically, a number of articles now have this sub-section, even for characters who at most just showed up on the prisoner-wall in SU #25 (Predator Hawk, Duck "Bill", etc.). Generally, character articles don't have their alternate-universe versions included in their own history (they get their own pages, like Bunnie being separate from Scarlette or Antoine and Patch, or even silly stuff like Knuckles and Tuxedo Knux)... and if it's more or less just a cameo, as most of these are, then I don't see why it can't simply be mentioned in the relevant issue articles (which is already the case) or, at most, just as Background Info. I mean, for a new reader, it looks a little weird to have Jet the Hawk's article detail his involvement in the main continuity with a whole section devoted to what was actually a one-page cameo. CrazyLea 02:00, July 4, 2011 (UTC)

I replied. My take is that Dark Mobius versions should have their own articles, just like all the other alternate mobius versions of characters have. - Dimitri the Echidna 05:36, July 4, 2011 (UTC)

Re: Just something to remember in the future

I apologize for that. I really was trying to help by approaching the problem from a different angle. Like I said to Sen10elS, I tried this method on a forum a while back, and the troll actually stopped, but I see that it didn't work here, so next time I will just ignore the person. As for contacting an admin or mod, I don't know anyone's email, and leaving messages on their talk pages seems to be bait for the troll as well, since I noticed that they then come after that talk page and write on it. Do you have any suggestions for dealing with those scenarios? I figured that all I can do is just revert the edits made by the user. Diamonddeath 19:41, July 18, 2011 (UTC)

You can alert the VSTF (Vandalism and Spam task force) at our report page, if any of us are online, we'll see it - and we'll come and sort him out for you. -- RandomTime 20:17, July 18, 2011 (UTC)

Interesting. I've never even heard of that. I'll try that out next time. Thanks! Diamonddeath 21:37, July 18, 2011 (UTC)

Suggestion for Limited Image Uploads

Why not make a separate group of users who have been uploading images correctly for a long time? I would like to continue uploading legitimate images, and I'm sure that other innocent users would like to as well. If not, then is there a way that we can continue to upload images without having to inform admins and mods? I'm sure there are plenty of trustworthy users here on this wiki that are being effected by the new rules as a result of the recent vandal attacks. I'll post this on some other admins' and mods' talk pages so that they can consider this as well, since not everyone checks each person's talk page. Diamonddeath 22:42, July 18, 2011 (UTC)

At this time we're going to keep image uploading restricted to mods/admins. Just post on their talk page if you have an image you want uploaded, provide them with a link to the image and the info for the Non-free use rationale and they'll upload it. Maybe once things have calmed down for a while we'll restore the uploading permission to normal users. Also, when a message has been posted on your talk page a notification will also appear at the top of the page, so usually a person, mods especially, will check if there have been new edits/posts on their talk pages. - Dimitri the Echidna 05:55, July 19, 2011 (UTC)

The images that I usually upload aren't from any other sites, since they are uploads right from my computer. This makes things a lot more difficult, but I suppose it will have to do for now. Diamonddeath 06:18, July 19, 2011 (UTC)

You can always upload the image via ImageShack and provide the URL to an admin so they can save and upload it. Or you could provide the issue/page/panel you want scanned/uploaded so an admin can do it. The former would probably be a lot better/easier for everyone involved however. - Dimitri the Echidna 06:21, July 19, 2011 (UTC)

Understood. While we're on the subject of images, I noticed that both Shadow and Silver both have .png images with no white background. I was going to save them as .jpg images to make them consistent with the other images, but that was when I noticed that I could no longer upload images. Would you want to do that? Diamonddeath 06:27, July 19, 2011 (UTC)

New Images

I wanted to upload an image for the following article: Dr. Ivo Robotnik. I was doing some fixing up on articles, and I realized that this picture was never added: Julian Runs.jpg. The licensing is in the description, but I don't know who did the artwork. Diamonddeath 07:22, July 19, 2011 (UTC)

This is a version of the main image for Shadow the Hedgehog with a white background in order to keep the main images in the articles consistent: Shady3.jpg Diamonddeath 07:26, July 19, 2011 (UTC)

And this is for Silver the Hedgehog for the same reason as the previous image with Shadow: SilverArchie.jpg Diamonddeath 07:31, July 19, 2011 (UTC)

I'll try to get higher-resolution versions of these for uploading tomorrow. - Dimitri the Echidna 05:52, July 20, 2011 (UTC)

Ok, thanks! Diamonddeath 20:05, July 21, 2011 (UTC)

Here is a higher quality picture of the Sonic Legacy book 1 cover: click here. Additionally, I can remove those white borders around the Knuckles Archives volume 2 cover if you would like. I'm the one who has been doing that for all of the covers from Amazon anyway, haha. Also, I wanted to know when you were going to get the chance to upload those other pictures that I sent you. Diamonddeath 19:56, July 27, 2011 (UTC)

I never heard back from you about removing the white borders on the Knuckles Archives 2 cover, but I did it anyway. You can check out the newer version here. Diamonddeath 03:37, August 1, 2011 (UTC)

There is now an official high quality image for the cover of Sonic Select volume 4 as well as the newly announced Sonic Super Special Magazine #1 over at the BumbleKing Forums. Diamonddeath 20:22, August 18, 2011 (UTC)

Thanks for uploading those images. Also, I wanted to ask if you were going to upload the first few images that I showed you. Diamonddeath 16:21, August 19, 2011 (UTC)

New Wiki Invite

I just create the Blue Bomber Encyclopedia. A wiki devoted to Archie Mega Man. I would be delighted if u went and checked it out.Chubzhac 19:22, July 20, 2011 (UTC)

Upcoming Releases:

Diamonddeath 10:46, July 26, 2011 (UTC)

Thank you for updating the front page. That was driving me crazy, haha. I'll continue to keep you posted on updates when I get the chance. Diamonddeath 19:49, July 27, 2011 (UTC)

Excuse me, but you removed the following:

"Previews of the above can be found here and here!!!"

Assuming it's an accident, could you please put them back up?--Kagimizu-Seeya 'round 05:27, July 28, 2011 (UTC)

It was not an accident. The blogs often post a lot more than just issue previews, so I removed that part. - Dimitri the Echidna 01:54, July 31, 2011 (UTC)

Well it's still relevant to Archie Sonic, isn't it? Like the Sonic Grams, which gives answers to various questions about the series, and even gives explanations of events not scene in the comics, like Jani-Ca's childhood.--Kagimizu-Seeya 'round 02:12, August 1, 2011 (UTC)

You can now add the following to the list of updates:

Diamonddeath 20:20, August 18, 2011 (UTC)

It seems that the release for Sonic Archives 16 has changed to October 25. With that said, the comic mentions it being available on October 5, but I think that's for order. I'm not completely sure, though, since I already saw it in my local comic shop on that day, but I think that my local comic shop has had some books out early for some reason. Freedom Fighters

should we treat team freedom and team fighters as subdivisions of the knothole freedom fighters or should we treat the as 2 completely seperate groups?DalekSupreme13 03:35, April 24, 2012 (UTC)

Mobius Timeline

What if we make a gallery dedicated to the full Mobius Timeline images? I could upload each full page, and readers could look at all the timeline pages together. In fact, the article could be "Mobius Timeline" with each "History" or "Timeline" section devoted to explaining each depicted event, and then a gallery called something like "Timeline Gallery". What do you think? Sen10elS liked the idea, but told me to run it by you, since you have more say on the rules for posting pictures. He also suggested that the Mobius Timeline pages could instead be used for the already existing article, Mobius, since there is already a timeline there. Diamonddeath 05:38, April 28, 2012 (UTC)

Hey, if someone has all the timeline images and wants to upload them they can, as long as the non-free use rationale is included and it's only the timeline images, not other content from the pages. Don't want to push our luck with uploading too much content from the Sonic Super Special Magazines. As for where the timeline images can go, they could be included as thumbnails in the relevant SSSM articles under "bonus content", and placed as a gallery in the Mobius article. - Dimitri the Echidna 05:25, June 4, 2012 (UTC)

Admin ?

I've notice alot of admins on the wiki, do old members become admins, or the most people who edit gets to become an admin ? :) Sonamy98 22:21, June 29, 2012 (UTC) Sonamy98

No, we have hundreds of registered users and hundreds of non-registered users who edit on varying occasions. Only a handful of contributors have been promoted to mods or admins. As site activity picks up and a need for moderators increases, the site staff will discuss potential users who might make good moderators to help keep the site tidy. Presently we are not looking for additional moderating staff. If you are interested in helping to moderate, make sure your contributions all meet the site's Manual of Style and formatting. If you make frequent edits and they meet these guidelines, you show potential for a moderating position and may be considered when we are looking for more staff. - Dimitri the Echidna 17:51, June 30, 2012 (UTC)

Freedom Fighter Image

Alright, I am curious why you decided to disagreeing with that one I was posting in Team Fighters, though I checked other article; Secret Freedom Fighters, that do have an image of Issues cover there. I don't want to argue or anything, just to know your reason. --FredCat 18:13, June 30, 2012 (UTC)

Simple. We've been swamped. Too many outdated articles with bad edits and not enough users who make significant contributions to them, or know how to do them right. Between that and our personal lives, it's no surprise we ended up being lax for a while. --Sen10elS 19:00, June 30, 2012 (UTC)
Sen10, I don't ask you - I ask Dimitri here for HIS opinion, not your. Now keep your mouth out of this business I am taking care of. --FredCat 22:20, June 30, 2012 (UTC)
This isn't a private conversation and it's not a crime to have one user answer a question directed at another as long as its correct, which this is. That's how it is here & I have no problem with it on my page, nor has anyone else I know of to this date. --Sen10elS 22:54, June 30, 2012 (UTC)
There is a simply answer; we avoid using comic cover images to represent characters, places, etc. Comic cover images should only be used in the templates of comic articles. So, I removed the cover image from the Team Fighters template. I was unaware you'd also put a cover image in the Secret Freedom Fighters article. FredCat100, I understand there has been a dispute between yourself and Sen10elS, an admin of this site. If he has undone your edits it is because they are not conforming to the site's guidelines or Manual of Style. If you look at the site's FAQ page you'll notice that mods and admins will sometimes undo users’ edits if they continually do not conform to the site's style. This is because there is such a high amount of editing traffic and the site mods can only spend so much time cleaning up others mistakes. Repeated errors by users sometimes end up simply undone. This encourages users to make sure their contributions are up to the site’s standards. I understand English is your second language, however it is expected that users will format and edit their contributions to fit proper style, spelling and grammar before saving them. If you have trouble formatting the grammar, have someone else spell check your edits before posting them. If you continue to make edits using improper grammar, your edits will simply be undone. If you are unfamiliar with how to format citations or the site styles, you should visit the Manual of Style and Referencing pages, both are hyperlinked at the bottom of the home page. Lastly, I’d ask that you use a respectful tone with the users on here. Dimitri the Echidna 06:47, July 3, 2012 (UTC)
I didn't put the image in "Secret Freedom Fighter", I only did that in the "Team Fighters" because I thought that would be fairly. But you got the point, Dimitri.
Again, thank you for your effort to explain the logical of why Manual is important around this site. I will not trying to get in that kind of trouble again - I would just collect those fragment series and adding them to my own articles, as well as "undo" those edits that "added" into the articles. --FredCat 01:55, July 4, 2012 (UTC)

Iron Queen's Power Limitation

She mentioned that she have a limit control over metal things without her staff in Page 7 of Sonic Universe 40, in second panel. Here's an exact quote: "Get this thing running, dear. My magic might be limited without my staff, but I can still handle this pest!"

And again in Page 13, just first panel: "Don't you dare fail me now! I can't control Khan at this range and fight for you!"

Hope that helps. --FredCat 18:20, June 30, 2012 (UTC)

None of that dialogue relates to him not having his headband. It simply suggests she has a limited range to her powers and that her staff simply enhances those powers. His headband was already removed when she said those things. Your edit suggested that she could not control him without his headband being removed without the use of her staff, if I'm interpreting it right. - Dimitri the Echidna 06:52, July 3, 2012 (UTC)
Well, you got a point - she never stated anything about the ring but her behavior and her mention of power limitation could cover the explanation of why she required Khan's "Crown" to be removed in order to seize the control on him. But I would like to reminding you for one point - when Iron Queen was first introduce; she had Khan under her control with her staff and crown on his head. Since Tails destroyed that staff, her power reduced that would be evidence she could not be able to control over Khan's "metal" body without that special staff (which was powered with two Gold Rings). But I have no argue with you - Unless you could compromise (usually never) to add in Iron Queen's limitation in her own article. Thank you for all the points. --FredCat 01:59, July 4, 2012 (UTC)
Also from the link that I found through Nic the Weasel: There was a question that explaining how Iron Queen control Monkey Khan...
User questioned: How was Monkey Khan controlled in StH #60 by the Iron Queen, considering he was wearing his power ring crown?
Ian answered: It was their first encounters with each other when the Iron Queen had a power-ring boosted staff and Khan was ever more of an uncontrolled hot-head. She had more power and he had less self-control.
So that's explaining the reason of how Regina managed to wrapping her control on Khan when she made her first appearance. So should this part being adding to Iron Queen, no? --FredCat 15:34, July 11, 2012 (UTC)
Nearly forgot the requirement link - 1 --FredCat 15:36, July 11, 2012 (UTC)

Merger with Sonic News Network?

Hi Thot Prad. I am an admin at Sonic News Network, the main Sonic Wiki. We wish to propose that our two sites merge. Please don't rush to dismiss the idea; it's completely genuine, and we feel that it would be to the mutual benefit of both sides. I have started a forum at Forum:Merger with Sonic News Network? to present my argument and discuss the idea. Please consider it seriously. Thank you. -- Supermorff (talk) 16:05, August 8, 2012 (UTC)

how do i add shard's alias to his template? since the template is for robots, it doesn't have a space for aliases.DalekSupreme13 (talk) 09:26, September 2, 2012 (UTC)

Silver Sonic Models

I noticed you changed the articles on the Silver Sonic models back to their original names. I understand it was because they were referred to as such in the comics, but their official data files in the graphic novels refer to them by their variant names. Is there a way we can use both? Diamonddeath (talk) 02:03, September 12, 2012 (UTC)

Data files are considered tier 2 canon, if you look on the site's canon policy page. Since the names were specifically stated in the issues the various Silver Sonics appeared, the articles will reflect those names. The varient names, listed in their graphic novel data files, are still mentioned in the articles. - Dimitri the Echidna (talk) 19:00, September 24, 2012 (UTC)

But there are some articles with the variants in the titles like Metal Sonic. Does that need to be changed? Diamonddeath (talk) 02:33, September 25, 2012 (UTC)

Enerjak Article

After reading the Enerjak article in the new encyclopedia, our current one needs to be redone somehow. What do you think? Diamonddeath (talk) 19:41, October 15, 2012 (UTC)

That's a BIG TIME affirmative there. The thing's a blasted mess in its current state, and every time I think about fixing it, just looking at the article makes me shudder at the effort to be involved. At the very least it needs to be divided into two separate articles for the Prime & Dark Mobius versions. --Sen10elS (talk) 22:37, October 15, 2012 (UTC)

Well, we can just focus on the Prime Enerjaks (there are two that the encyclopedia introduces that were never in the comics), and then we can have a separate section for the Dark ones, but only very briefly say who they are and redirect to their respective character articles. Diamonddeath (talk) 02:26, October 16, 2012 (UTC)

Yeah the Enerjak article is a serious mess that needs cleaning up and shortening. There's way too much summary description and overlap of information between the Enerjak forms and the character's main forms (i.e. Dimitri, Knuckles, Jani-Ca). We've got to work harder and trimming down the paragraph sizes and reduce the amount of unnecessary information included in articles. - Dimitri the Echidna (talk) 04:46, October 18, 2012 (UTC)

Agreed, but I still say we should have divide it into two articles for the Prime & Dark Mobius versions. We do it for every other character who has at least one counterpart in an alternate universe, so Enerjak should not be an exception to the rule. --Sen10elS (talk) 13:46, October 18, 2012 (UTC)

Agreed. We can use the article from the encyclopedia as a starting point and then beef it up a bit with necessary information. Diamonddeath (talk) 14:48, October 18, 2012 (UTC)

Then that task may have to fall to just you guys for the moment. I don't have the encyclopedia yet. --Sen10elS (talk) 15:14, October 18, 2012 (UTC)

When I get the chance I'll type up the info and send it to you on Bumbleking so we can work on the article together. Diamonddeath (talk) 19:41, October 18, 2012 (UTC)

Image Editing

Just wondering where you've been getting the new images from. Did you scan them from the encyclopedia? If so, what do you do to separate the characters from the background? I use the eraser tool to give it a softer edge, since the selection/paint bucket tools seem to make the edges look pixel-like. The ones you uploaded, however, look clean and don't have pixel-like edges, so I was wondering what method you were using. Diamonddeath (talk) 21:41, November 13, 2012 (UTC)

Credit for the new images goes to The Shadow Emperor, who provided the scans from the Sonic Encyclopedia. All I did was use the 'magic wand' tool in Paint Shop Pro to highlight the background colours I didn't want, deleted them, then used the eraser tool to softly remove any pixels still surrounding the inked outlines. - Dimitri the Echidna (talk) 21:45, November 13, 2012 (UTC)

Yeah, the eraser tool works wonders with softening the edges. By the way, what is your stand on changing article names to a character's full name? For example, the new Sonic Super Digest referred to Amy as Amy Rose the Hedgehog, Shard as Shard the Metal Sonic, and the encyclopedia referred to Kodos as Kodos Lion. Diamonddeath (talk) 21:51, November 13, 2012 (UTC)

I think article names should be what's used most often. For example, Nate Morgan's full name is Nathaniel Beauregard Morgan, but he's always referred to as Nate Morgan. Likewise, Amy is always referred to as Amy Rose. Character's full names should be placed in their character templates however. - Dimitri the Echidna (talk) 23:45, November 13, 2012 (UTC)

I see. In that case maybe the renamed articles should be changed back. The full names should also be put in the descriptions, in my opinion. Diamonddeath (talk) 00:01, November 14, 2012 (UTC)

Greetings Thot Prad,

I know it is pretty stupid to ask such a question when I joined only a few minutes ago but as with the fact that I have an extensive knowledge of any form of sonic ESPECIALLY the Archiverse sonic, I feel that I could do more good for the wiki if I could have full access to various permissions that I don't have now. I know what you're thinking, that I'm crazy or something, but please hear me out: i have access to a digital copy of EVERY sonic comic from the Archiverse and I (as a major fan of it) would NEVER abuse such privileges (sorry if I misspelled that) I know you've probably heard that a thousand times but as a dedicated fan of sonic and of your site i feel i should do my part to help the site and its users and well, y'know, I can upload any image from the comics and anything that is needed I also know a few things that haven't been posted yet, for example when Robotnik Prime's Ultimate Annihilator detonated it wiped out existence for 1 second! I beleive that was stated by Rotor at some point (I'll look into that), and if there is ANYTHING i can do to prove myself for these Admin privileges, please let me know as i really, really want to be one after watching this site for so long. Oh and my username is Ixis Mogul in case my signature does not say so. Thank you and have a wonderful day! The Order of Ixis shall rise again! 21:58, November 19, 2012 (UTC)

Hey, Thot Prad. I know how you're a REAL big advocate for all things echidna-related, so I can't help but wonder why the article for Echidnaopolis STILL has such a huge gap in its history section for when it returned to the Prime Zone? I'm sure you're quite busy of late, but I still am surprised that someone like yourself whose into anything about the echidnas would let such an article so hugely important to the Knuckles series continue to go on in an incomplete state. --Sen10elS (talk) 17:14, November 20, 2012 (UTC)

Believe me, it's been bothering me for months that I haven't completed the article. I've visited it a few times and started working on it, but then something's come up and I've had to quit without saving. The next time I get a chance to do any major editing on here I'll probably finish the article. There's a lot of new info I want to add from the encyclopedia into various articles too, but I really should finish up the one on Echidnaopolis first, shouldn't I? - Dimitri the Echidna (talk) 06:16, November 21, 2012 (UTC)

Copy and paste to and from a text based software like Microsoft Word so that you can save it. Diamonddeath (talk) 09:49, November 21, 2012 (UTC)

That's what I usually do when writing articles, but I never made enough progress for it to be worth saving. I'd always just start something then have to put it aside. I'll get around to the article once my major term papers are done and my semester is wrapped up. - Dimitri the Echidna (talk) 19:31, November 21, 2012 (UTC)

I hear ya. There are some articles I've been meaning to get around to. Amy, for example, has events that are out of order in the beginning. The new encyclopedia made that even more apparent. Diamonddeath (talk) 21:16, November 22, 2012 (UTC)

Sally Profile Image

Was there a reason you preferred the older Sally profile image by Spaz over the newer one by Ben Bates? Also, I was thinking of changing all the profile picture in terms of proportions in order to zoom them out a bit and make it more squared in order to show the whole image without having to scroll too much. The longer/taller images make the information template show up a bit further down. Diamonddeath (talk) 04:23, December 13, 2012 (UTC)

With the release of the official encyclopedia, a lot of good profile pictures appeared for the characters. I figure it's best to use those where possible, but it's by no means mandatory. The Spaz picture is by far better quality than the Bates one too. Also, I generally like having the pictures a bit more rectangular. However, if they're too narrow (i.e. the Luger image) than you can't have them fill the template width-wize or they push the info template down too far. A general rule is, if you can still see the name on the character template under the picture without scrolling down in the article, and the picture fills the image space, it's good. The new proportions for the Sally image accomplish both. - Dimitri the Echidna (talk) 01:43, December 14, 2012 (UTC)

Metal Series

hello, i need you to help me end a dispute i'm having with Neffyarious. he keeps adding metal scourge, mecha knuckles, and the tails doll as embers of the metal seris in the category and the metal series page and keep reverting it. we keep going back and forth with this and it goes nowhere, so i was hoping you could help end this. his reason for adding them is because of the encyclopedia book, but it makes no sense as the metal series wasn't introduced until after these characters were and most didn't exist at the time of the series creation. mecha knuckles had turned back to regular knuckles and metal scourge was destroyed 50 issues prior. the tails doll has nothing in common witha metal series robot. it purpose is to cause havoc in new mobotroolis not be and enforcer which is the purpose of the series. please talk some sence into him.DalekSupreme13 (talk) 13:40, December 30, 2012 (UTC)

Hi, those robots have always been apart of the Metal Series, its just the robot group only got its official name recently, thanks.Neffyarious (talk) 13:48, December 30, 2012 (UTC)
metal scourge was destroyed 50 issues before the were introduced and Dr.Eggman didn't even exist back when mecha knuckles was around, he turned back into knuckles way before he appeared. how could he have been planning this for over a 100 issue and before he existed? he only ever built a metal sonic up to now because he only considered sonic a threat until recently. it was only after he roboticized sally that he got the idea to make a whole series of robot freedom fighters, because her actions made him realize how big a threat the others were.DalekSupreme13 (talk) 13:57, December 30, 2012 (UTC)

Hey, how's it going? I wanted to suggest to you some people who I think you will find worthy of becoming either Mods or Admins. It seems that most of the Mods/Admins are pretty busy and haven't really been on the site much lately. I try to keep things pretty up to date, but because doing so is tough, as well as the restrictions on uploading images now only allowed for Mods/Admins, I feel that having some more Mods/Admins may help balance things out a bit. What do you think? If you are interested, I would like to nominate two members who have been really helpful in the past few months- TheFatPanda and The Shadow Emperor, who have both helped me with articles and images in the past and continue to do so. Let me know what you think. I have not yet asked them, but I have a feeling they would be interested. Extra hands would definitely be helpful right about now, especially with the recent reboot. Hi Diamonddeath. Certainly all the changes to the comics with the recent reboot have made managing the site's articles a bit tricky. I'm working on a solution to restore some semblance to quality and tidiness to the site, something more long-term than just adding moderators as the situation arises. I'll keep you posted. - Dimitri the Echidna (talk) 08:30, February 20, 2014 (UTC)

With a lot of the admins spending less time on here, would it be possible to promote a few members, or at least have the power to promote be given to a few select individuals? There is at least one hard worker that I wanted to promote if not a few. This would be a good way to counter the image uploading restrictions, as a lot of members seem to have become a bit turned off by this, and it would be a great way to keep the wiki active. Who would you recommend for a promotion to moderator? - Dimitri the Echidna (talk) 03:26, October 29, 2014 (UTC)

Definitely TheFatPanda, as he is always sending me photos and keeping things up to date both on here and on the BumbleKing forum with up to date information. There are some others I see around helping out often. The_Shadow_Emperor practically destroyed his Official Encyclopedia in order to scan images for me. That's where pretty much all of them came from. I haven't seen many of his edits, but I know he is dedicated, or at least he showed it with that. What say you? I'm sure there are others you can find just by looking at their edits and how much they edit, but these two stood out for me, especially since I am constantly in contact with TheFatPanda, as he is always sending me up to date images. Diamonddeath (talk) 20:26, October 29, 2014 (UTC)

I'll consider it. I need to review their respective edits before I make a decision. - Dimitri the Echidna (talk) 04:25, October 31, 2014 (UTC)

Ok. I could be wrong, but I haven't seen The_Shadow_Emperor active on here for a while, but TheFatPanda is constantly on helping out with updating things. I would also say to take a look at members who have been active lately and see if anyone else might be worthy of promotion, but I recommend TheFatPanda, as I have also taught him some of the ways we edit things on this wiki such as sources for uploading pictures. new images

I was wondering if you could replace the profile pics of the freedom fighters with their new designs--TheAwesomeHyperon (talk) 13:32, March 12, 2014 (UTC)

I've already provided DiamondDeath with many pictures for the wiki, including profile images for every Freedom Fighter except Bunnie. He said he'd upload them at some point.

Wiki updating

Is there anybody really keeping certain parts of the wiki up to date? AwesomeLuna (talk) 17:02, April 12, 2014 (UTC)

He's probably not going to be able to answer you unless you're more specific than that. DudestofGuysbackup (talk) 18:28, April 12, 2014 (UTC)
Unfortunately the staff here is all incredibly busy, we do what we can, when we can. Sadly the upkeep on the site has been going downhill for a while now, I'm still in the works on how to rectify this. - Dimitri the Echidna (talk) 06:17, April 23, 2014 (UTC)

We need something, either more promotions, allowing image uploading, or both

Hey, have you given any thought to the idea of promoting some members? I think the inability to upload photos has really taken its toll on a lot of the members from the past, discouraging many from editing on here and causing updates to fall behind. I would suggest if you want to keep the image uploading restricted to moderators, then we would need to counter this with more moderators who can upload images. Otherwise, it might be a good idea to try opening things up to image uploading once again. We can always turn it back off, but I think we should try to bear it for a bit. By promoting more members, we can make it much easier to stay on top of vandalism, as more people worthy of being moderators could take care of the problems as they come up. As it stands now, the wiki only seems to be run by a few people actively. We need to change something soon or it might be too late. I hate seeing this wiki getting less and less active. Bringing back image uploading and promoting new members would help to bring things alive, again. It seems a lot of people like to update articles when they can add pictures to what they're writing about. What do you think? Diamonddeath (talk) 10:09, January 18, 2015 (UTC)

I second this. Proper updates have been a bit slow over the years and it just feels like the image gallery is dead on this wiki. It would be more wise to inlist some mebers and promot them to upload images instead of restaining and rarely upload images to this wiki. MeltingMan234 (talk ) 11:31, Janurary 19, 2015

Front Page Thumbnails

I noticed you undid the thumbnails on the front page. I put them back at a smaller size. Is there a reason you wanted to get rid of them? It does take up room, but I also think it's a good idea. What are your thoughts? Diamonddeath (talk) 23:05, April 29, 2015 (UTC)

New Reality or Old Reality

Error on Komi-ko's Page

thanks for the welcome, I'm sure am happy to join. if there's one thing i sure would want to change, is Komi-Ko's page. Reason - turns out Komi-Ko made her second appearance in Sth issue #121. like Floren-Ca and gala-na, she too was painted red. I have the pictures if you want to see. komi-ko can be seen next to expio and remignton and and you can tell is her cause she's wearing the same beads and dreadlocks flower bands she wore on sonic super special issue #14. Echidna-fan (talk) 00:02, January 17, 2018 (UTC)
