Rouge sporting her Treasure Scope.

The Treasure Scope was a scope created by Hope Kintobor and used by G.U.N. agent Rouge the Bat on her mission to the Special Zone. It is equipped with a data-scanner and when Feist appeared in front of Rouge and Shadow the Hedgehog, the former used the data-scanner and said that it was going "crazy" because of Feist's power levels. (SU: #4)

Although it was never stated as such in the comic, Ian Flynn said on his message board that Rouge would be sporting the Treasure Scope in SU: #4. (1)
