Wasn't Manny Galan the one who designed Kragok's appearance? - Dimitri the Echidna 02:07, January 22, 2010 (UTC)

Nope. Manny Galan did the first in-issue appearance, but the original designs for a lot of the early prominent echidnas were done by Spaz. They used to use his design sheets on some of the subscription ads and the like, too. CrazyLea 04:34, January 22, 2010 (UTC)
Interesting. Do you know all of the characters Spaz designed? You should put that in their background information section that he designed them, it's an interesting piece of background knowledge. - Dimitri the Echidna 06:02, January 22, 2010 (UTC)
I have been making note as to who designed who in the appearance sections, actually (I've also been trying to mention the issues where Spaz drew in some characters/panels without credit - #46 has tons of examples). There are some I'm fairly certain about but I want to double-check before putting anything down here (though if you're curious, those likely by Spaz include Remington, Von Stryker and Enerjak - Julie-Su, Lara-Le and Kragok are certainly his). It's really unfortunate, though; I've heard that a ton of Spaz's old art was lost years ago.CrazyLea 06:31, January 22, 2010 (UTC)
Just as a little example, BTW; http://archiesonic.wikia.com/wiki/File:ArmandKingMax.png
This image? The issue credits Nelson Ortega (who did the majority of the penciling), but Max in that panel was drawn by Spaz. There's some of that in the Knuckles series as well, though off the top of my head I can only think of one instance in the Super Specials. CrazyLea 06:39, January 22, 2010 (UTC)
