Romance Issues[]
So a little while ago I found this jpg showing off the questionable content of Barby's feelings for Tails from StH #61. I know Ian Flynn wants to have this matter dead & buried as it raises a number of controversies within the fanbase, as well as issues of what is considered acceptable in society. I've been debating whether or not to upload the picture since it cannot be denied that this happened, nor has Ian decided to non-canonize the event, but I still get the feeling this will open another can of worms and the image will get pulled & deleted. Then again, Rotor's article does have that paragraph in his background section about how Ken Penders was trying to make him out to be gay. So what's the general thought here? Is it worth uploading? - Regardless of how Ian Flynn views it, the fact of the matter is both Tails and Barby have shown an interest in one another, in the comics, and that's more canon than his statement based on this site's canon policy. Thus you have no reason to worry about uploading the scan. I notice you have already, just a note for future reference, please include the Non-free use rationale when you upload a scan. - Dimitri the Echidna 21:28, January 21, 2010 (UTC)
- I did try including the rationale. Every time I uploaded the image there was no edit option beneath the shot. By the time i figured out the other way to do it, I had to go to my classes and I just got back. Putting in pictures with incomplete license info is a pet peeve of mine here- almost as much as articles whose content has horrible grammar or anytime I edit one and find that nbsp crap in between the words instead of a space. - When you upload an image, after it's uploaded, on the top of the page there will be an "edit this page" button. Click that, then you'll get a blank box, just insert the rationale there. - Dimitri the Echidna 03:28, January 22, 2010 (UTC)
