Super Sonic was a Super transformation achieved by Sonic the Hedgehog's counterpart in the alternate future world of Dark Mobius. Sonic became Super Sonic in order to challenge Knuckles, who had become Dark Enerjak, having gained assistance from Mammoth Mogul. However, he was overpowered and defeated, and Enerjak gained possession of the Chaos Emeralds. (SU: #27)
