Knuckles and Julie-Su explore Rainbow Valley
Rainbow Valley is a valley located on Angel Island. Located somewhere between the Marble Garden Zone and the former site of Echidnaopolis, it is where Espio the Chameleon settled when he moved to the Island. It is known for its varied, colourful foliage, it hides the Chameleon village from outsiders; even structures seem to be invisible to the naked eye. (StH: #202, KtE: #7, #30)

- Rainbow Valley is one of the battlegrounds from the game Sonic the Fighters, listed as Espio's default location. Interestingly, while the game's background shows off Mushroom Hill, the comics put the area completely disconnected from the famed Zone.
