A SWATbot recording a live event for the R.B.V.
The R.B.V. (Robotnik Belly Vision) is a model of televisions employed by Dr. Robotnik's Empire, and later by the Eggman Empire, to spread the propaganda of Dr. Ivo Robotnik, and later his successor Dr. Eggman, or "entertainment", as put by the empires. They are kept running by the satellite and land-lines that comprises the Egg Network. (CSE)

Dr. Ivo Robotnik's Tyranny[]
By 3235, the R.B.V.s were apparently common, with the Robotropolis Olympic Games being an event intended to be covered publicly by them. Later, Dr. Ivo Robotnik had a live recording of his opening of a new toxic waste dump posted on his R.B.V.s by a SWATbot. This would later turned out to be a trick to lure Sonic into a confrontation with Robotnik's Super-Powered 'Bots. When Sonic did arrive and his battle with Robotnik's bots commenced, the fights were covered by the R.B.V. crew for all viewers to see. (StH: #5, #8)
