NICOLE was a hand-held computer from the Discovery Zone, and a friend to that universe's Sally Acorn. On one particular adventure, she was used by Sally to download files on all of Dr. Robotnik's operations from a computer in the Slippy Dippy Slide Factory. Unfortunately, a group of robots showed up to intercept her, and in the rush to escape Sally accidentally left her behind. As such, she hired Sonic the Hedgehog to recover her, which he did by defeating the robots. NICOLE had a low battery as a result of the adventure, but was returned to Sally and given a new power cell. Sadly, Sally predicted that Robotnik would take steps to insure that all of the information NICOLE had downloaded would be ineffective against him. (StH: #52)
