{{Icons|Pre-SGW Mr. Arrunda was an Echidna who lived in Echidnaopolis at the same time as Edmund, Dimitri, Steppenwolf, and Menniker. He responded in outrage when Edmund, in his position as Guardian, arrived at his home to confiscate all excess technology as decided by a vote of the Citizen Council, which he apparently did not take part in. He claimed that having his technology taken would affect his "quality of life," but was informed that both parties in the discussion had agreed to abide by the ruling. To his chagrin and horror, his wife Marta opened the door, and proceeded to hand over various technological bits, including Mr. Arrunda's VCR and remote control.(KtE: #1)
