The Magic Crown of the Acorn Kings is an ancient crown of mystical power that belongs to the House of Acorn. Adorned with the Freedom Emeralds, its magic enables it to keep Dr. Ivo Robotnik's reign of terror at bay.
History[]
Dr. Ivo Robotnik's Tyranny[]
Originally belonging to Maximillian Acorn, the Magic Crown of the Acorn Kings was obtained by Princess Sally and guarded by the Royal Guard back in Knothole. In 3235, Sally decided to start wearing the crown, hoping its power would let them tip the First Robotnik War in their favor. Unfortunately, the crown's Freedom Emeralds had been stolen by a robotic Robotnik spy in the Royal Guard and handed over to the doctor himself. When the Knothole Freedom Fighters discovered that the crown was gone from its jewelry box, they set out to recover the Freedom Emeralds. After all the Freedom Emeralds had been recovered, Rotor restored the crown for Sally to wear. (OSM: #2)
Design[]
The Magic Crown of the Acorn Kings has a golden frame with several points on it, four of which have the Freedom Emeralds adorned on them. The white fur trim also has the name "ACORN" written on it in red.
Abilities[]
Thanks to the magic of the Freedom Emeralds, the Magic Crown of the Acorn Kings are capable of a number of feats. Most notably, it prevents Dr. Ivo Robotnik's reign of terror from spreading, namely by destroying Robotnik's machinery and restoring Mobius' beauty. It is also possible that it can find and free people, like the imprisoned Maximillian Acorn. (OSM: #2)
