Lucia is a resident of Spagonia and the Guardian of the Gaia Key, which are essential to access the Gaia Temple.

History

During the Shattered World Crisis, Lucia and her brother Elio prepared their mother's fiftieth birthday, only for things to go south when Lucia could not afford to assemble a ring as their mother's gift and when Elio forgot to make reservations at Restaurant Swa. As Lucia despaired, she met Sally and Rotor who offered to help after telling that Otto had sent them. Accepting their aid, Lucia and Rotor visited the Sky Patrol to make the ring while Sally handled the reservation. That evening, Lucia had a happy time with her family and new friends, where Sally asked for her Gaia Key to save the world. After a brief freak-out over the importance of their mission, Lucia gave them the key.
