Background Information[]
- The Krakens' design is based on a creature from the Sonic SatAM episode "Sub-Sonic." In the show, the Kraken was the last of his kind and was only slightly larger than a typical Mobian, whereas the Krakens of the comic are apparently large enough to ride.
- In the series, the Kraken was voiced by Frank Welker.
