Jules Hedgehog was the father of Scourge the Hedgehog and the Moebius counterpart of Jules Hedgehog. He was an important diplomat and a key part of establishing the Great Peace.

Establishing the Great Peace[]
Jules was a key figure in establishing the Great Peace, something Scourge despised, seemingly because it took over so much of his time that he barely acknowledged his own son. Because of Jules's contributions to the Great Peace, there was virtually no war or conflict in Moebius, though this did not last forever. (StH: #192)
Fate[]
According to Scourge, "Ten years later, everything had stagnated and fallen apart". Scourge sought to "wake up" his world around this point. He later explained to Jules Hedgehog, during his time on Mobius Prime "Sonic's dad isn't a Mobian anymore. My dad simply isn't." (StH: #192)
Personality[]
Despite his role as a peace diplomat, Jules was a weaselly individual and a neglectful father who spared little time for his son. Also, according to Scourge, Anti-Jules was "just a bunch of empty words." (StH: #192, CSE)
