Doctor Loony was an Echidna doctor residing in Echidnaopolis prior to the dingo takeover of the city. He worked at the Echidnaopolis hospital as a surgeon. At the time of the reopening of Happyland Amusement Park, Dr. Loony performed surgery on both Mello Bee, and some members of the Chaotix as they all were poisoned by Lemon Sundrop Dandelion substance that was in the chilidogs at Happyland. While he was not able to save Mello Bee, he successfully operated Charmy Bee together with Bolland and a nurse. He was known for his somewhat controversial behaviour when he operated, especially when he was stressed. (KtE: #13, #14, #15)
As with the majority of the Echidnas os Echidnaopolis, Dr. Loony's fate is uncertain, as he could either have perished during the Dingo oppression or the Egg Grapes, if he survived both these events, he was among the Echidnas transported to Albion by Enerjak.
