Fastidious Beaver is a Mobian beaver native to the Sonic Boom Zone, and the local librarian of the Village on Bygone Island. Due to his profession, he is calm and formal, but also fussy and uptight. He is also a grammar enthusiast, often correcting people's speech, and uses the word "actually" quite frequently.
