The Egg Jet was a high-speed shuttle craft built by Dr. Eggman and stored in the hangar of the Death Egg Mark 2.

Genesis[]
During Operation: Clean Sweep, Eggman used the jet to escape from the altered Mobius's Metropolis Zone to the Death Egg, though Sonic the Hedgehog was able to grab onto it before he got away. As they fought aboard the battle station, the doctor's mech destroyed the jet, but it was restored after Super Sonic changed reality back to normal. (StH: #229)
Stolen by Snively[]
Snively later stole the Egg Jet when he betrayed Eggman and flew to Central City in the United Federation with it, subsequently traveling to the Dragon Kingdom as well. (SU: #37, #39)
Background Information[]
- It is currently unknown as to what happened to the Egg Jet, though it is likely that Eggman found it and stored it back in the Death Egg Mk 2's hangar.
- The Egg Jet is based off of the escape craft Eggman uses to reach the Death Egg in Sonic the Hedgehog 2 for the Sega Genesis.
