Dr. Kintobor's tower
Dr. Kintobor's Tower is a large building located inside the Grand Forest. It is the home base of Dr. Ivo Kintobor who uses it as a hospital and veterinarian clinic for treating and healing moebians suffering under the tyranny of the Suppression Squad. It employs a Force-Field Generator for protecting the Grand Forest and itself from assaults via an invisible force-field, and has SWEEPbots clean up any litter or messes left behind outside the tower.
History[]
Dr. Ivo Robotnik's Tyranny[]
In 3235, the tower was visited by Sonic when he first arrived on Anti-Mobius. There, Anti-Robotnik and his patients mistook Sonic for Anti-Sonic, prompting Anti-Robotnik to have the latter storm him, only for Sonic to escape. Sonic soon after returned though, this time with Anti-Sonic hot on his heels, where he tricked the patients to overwhelm and capture Anti-Sonic. After then explaining everything to Anti-Robotnik, who provided him with a Super Scooper for a problem on Mobius, Sonic returned home. (StH: #11)
Zone Wars and the Birth of Dr. Eggman[]
The Anti-Freedom Fighters later tried toppling the tower, but could not get past the force-field surrounding it, thus forcing them to retreat. Afterwards, Anti-Robotnik had his SWEEPbots clean up the mess that the group left behind. (SSS: #10)
The Dark Egg Legion and King Scourge[]
Kintobor's Tower later became a safe haven for those fearing Scourge the Hedgehog's wrath following his takeover of Moebius. Despite Kinotbor's safety measures though, including a Force-Field Generator in his tower protecting the entire Grand Forest, the Suppression Squad managed to storm the tower and steal Kintobor's Globe Posts. Later, Sonic and Amy arrived in the tower via Star Post portal from the Prime Zone, which led to an unintended confrontation with Buns Rabbot in her Omega Care Unit until Kintobor broke up the fight and have them discuss how to deal with Scourge outside. After Scourge had been defeated, the Knothole Freedom Fighters went to Kinobotor's tower where they gave Kintobor his Globe Posts back and used them to go home while Sonic went to the No Zone with a captured Scourge. - The logo with the smiley face on the tower is directly parallel to the image of the former logo of the Eggman Empire.
