Desi-Ca was a female Echidna child who resided on Angel Island during the Eggman Empire invasion. She was the daughter of Meri-Ca and Pollu and was born a couple of years prior to the Eggman Empire takeover of the island.
During the takeover Desi-Ca lost her eyesight in both eyes which caused much concern for her parents. The Dark Legion offered her cybernetic implants to mend the injury but her parent´s declined this offer believing that the Avatar could fix their daughter's sight. (StH: #139)
