The Demolition Tractor was a machine employed by Dr. Robotnik as part of his campaign to destroy Knothole Village. By planting a homing device on the amnesiac Sonic the Hedgehog, he planned to have the tractors zero in on his location once the Hedgehog found Knothole. However, thanks to the Freedom Fighters, Sonic regained his memory and turned Robotnik's scheme against him, luring the tractors to their destruction by leading them over a cliff edge. (StH: #28)
