Captain Oe.
Captain Oe is the captain of an intergalactic trading freighter called the 'Magesteron' belonging to an alien race named the D'Novulans. He assisted Sonic after he was transported across the galaxy by the Xorda's Quantum Dial by picking Sonic up from Thoraxia and giving him the Babble Node in order to communicate. When his ship collided with the remains of the recently exploded Cemerant-16 and had to abandon ship, he found that there wasn't an extra escape pod for Sonic, when Sonic refused to enter the last escape pod Captain Oe paralyzed him using the stinger on his tail and put him into the escape pod, as the escape pods were ejected Sonic watched tearfully as Captain Oe went down with his ship.
