Bolland was an Echidna living in Echidnaopolis, were he worked at the Echidnaopolis hospital. He was, along with a nurse and surgeon Loony, part of the surgical team who performed surgery on Charmy Bee after he and the Chaotix was poisoned at Happyland Amusement Park. (KtE: #15)
